London-based, synth-noir pop trio The Good Natured made its Stateside debut last week with the release of Skeleton on Astralwerks. This expanded 7-track U.S.-only version includes the songs from the band’s acclaimed U.K. EPs Skeleton and Be My Animal plus a bonus remix. Now U.S. fans will get a first hand chance to see the band play official shows, performing established favorites plus previews of songs from their debut album, slated for release in Spring 2012. Frontwoman, Sarah McIntosh taught herself to play keyboards as a teenager after salvaging an old Yamaha synth from her Grandmother’s house. Inspired by her parents’ Siouxsie and the Banshees, Depeche Mode and Tears for Fears albums, McIntosh recruited her guitarist brother Hamish McIntosh and a friend, drummer George Hinton, to launch The Good Natured.
