Scissor Sisters: New Record And A Tour To Match

Scissor Sisters

Scissor Sisters are gearing up to embark on a North American tour to support their forthcoming album, Magic Hour. Set for a May 29 release on Casablanca Records, Magic Hour is the follow-up to 2010's Night Work, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums Chart.

Ranging from the first single, "Only The Horses," a full-on hands-in-the-air rave-pop banger, to "Shady Love," an exuberant rap-pop number featuring guest vocals by Harlem-based rapper/singer Azealia Banks, Magic Hour is supremely diverse. Recorded in New York and London, the album also finds Scissor Sisters teaming up with Calvin Harris, Stuart Price, Pharrell Williams, Diplo and Alex Rihda, the German electronic music producer and DJ behind BoysNoize.
